Frank was picked up as a stray by the local animal control and then adopted out – which was not the smartest move ever made – because he was returned back to animal control – they said he was too protective and he destroyed the peoples house trying to get to the deer that walked thru the yard.  Fila’s need to go to families who are knowledgeable in the issues of owning this particular breed – they are not for the faint of heart!  Having said that – Frank is not your typical Fila – he does ok with strangers and is actually a pretty laid back guy!    If you are interested in giving Frank a home his adoption fee is $350.00 and you can fill out an application online at WWW.texasgreatdane.org.
